Chair Yoga for Seniors is a gentle form of yoga designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength—all from the comfort of a chair. This course includes guided & supported movements, and relaxation techniques tailored to meet the needs of older adults.

It's ideal for those with limited mobility or anyone looking for a safe, accessible way to stay active. No prior yoga experience is required. Imagine moving through your day with more freedom—feeling strong, agile, and energised. Our Chair Yoga course is made for those who want to maintain healthy & stronger, no matter where they’re starting from.
