Professionally trained in Iyengar yoga, Edina’s expertise in Iyengar Yoga’s therapeutic applications, Edina helps seniors and individuals with reduced mobility experience the benefits of yoga in a way that is supportive, empowering, and tailored to their needs. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, she ensures that every student feels confident and comfortable in their practice, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
This makes her exceptionally well-suited to teaching Chair Yoga for Seniors and those with reduced mobility. Iyengar Yoga’s methodical approach focuses on stability, balance, and postural awareness, making it particularly beneficial for those with limited mobility.
